A Family Business,
Built on Faith & Trust
At Sangster Construction, we're more than a construction company—we're a family following God’s call to help others create spaces where life happens and memories are made.
Founded by Jimmy and Devin Sangster, our business was born out of a deep desire for more—more time with family, more purpose in our work, and more meaningful relationships with the people we serve. After nearly two decades in the medical sales industry, Jim stepped away in 2025 when it became clear that God was leading our family toward a new path—one that aligned more closely with our values, passions, and purpose.
Remodeling started as a hobby, something we loved doing together. We’ve renovated several homes over the years—not just to improve their appearance, but to breathe new life into them. That same heart is behind every project we take on today.

Faith, Family, Craftsmanship
As a Christian, family-owned business, our faith is the foundation of everything we do. We believe in doing work
that honors God—through integrity, transparency, and a relentless commitment to quality.
Our core values are simple but strong:
Communiation
You’re never left wondering where things stand.
Trust
We show up, follow through, and do what we say we will.
Honesty
You’ll always receive clear communication, genuine guidance, and fair pricing.
Craftsmanship
We build with care, precision, and a deep respect for the work entrusted to us.
But above all, we believe in relationships. A successful project starts with a strong connection, and we work hard to make sure our clients feel heard, respected, and valued from start to finish.
Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:58

Making Space for What Matters Most
Whether we’re building an outdoor oasis for family cookouts or transforming a kitchen into the true heart of your home, our goal is simple: helping you create more space for what—and who—you love.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about bricks and boards. It’s about crafting places where life feels fuller, more peaceful, and more connected.
That’s what we’ve found in our own lives—and it’s what we hope to share with every family we work with.
